DealOtter publishes editorial reviews and guides about retailers, marketplaces and online services. We do not sell products, process orders or act as an agent for any company reviewed here.
2. Editorial content
Reviews are opinion, based on published policies, terms, documentation and our own experience. Scores are editorial judgements rather than aggregated user ratings or laboratory measurements. Nothing here is financial, legal or professional advice.
3. Accuracy and change
Retailer policies, pricing and terms change frequently and without notice. We update reviews when we learn of a material change, but you should always confirm current terms on the retailer's own site before you buy.
4. Affiliate links
No affiliate programme is currently recorded in the site configuration. Any future monetised link must be disclosed before use. See the affiliate disclosure.
5. No relationship with reviewed companies
We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any company reviewed on this site. Trademarks and brand names belong to their owners and are used for identification and commentary.
6. Liability
Your transactions are between you and the retailer. We are not responsible for orders, deliveries, refunds, guarantees or disputes arising from purchases made after following a link from this site.
7. Intellectual property
The site's original text, scoring rubric, design and code are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Company names, logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners. You may quote short extracts with attribution and a link; you may not republish reviews in full.
8. Acceptable use
Do not scrape the site at a rate that degrades it, republish it wholesale, or present our content as your own.
