Corrections policy
Retail policies change. If a DealOtter page is wrong or out of date, we want the evidence that lets us correct it.
How to report an error
Email hello@deal-otter.com with the page address, the statement you believe is wrong, and a link or screenshot showing the current primary source. Brand representatives are welcome to use the same route.
What happens next
We compare the report with the cited policy, terms or other primary evidence. If the page is wrong, we correct the fact and reconsider any conclusion or score affected by it. A request for a softer opinion is not a factual correction.
Correction notes
Material corrections should include a dated note on the affected page describing the change. Typographic and formatting fixes that do not alter meaning may be corrected without a note.
Disagreements
Reasoned disagreement is welcome. Editorial conclusions remain DealOtter's responsibility, and companies do not receive approval rights before or after publication.
